Communications Workers of America local 1180 Demands City Hall Release Pay Disparity Report Amid Affordability Crisis

The most recent city pay disparity report, released in 2024, showed that city workers of color were paid $0.84 for every $1 paid to white city employees. City Hall said it is working on the report, but did not provide a timeline.
